Mini Macrame Plant Hanger Care Instructions:

Taking care of your macrame art is easy, but there are some things you should know. Please read the following to know how to make those fibers last.
If you plan on hanging your macrame outdoors, please be sure to protect it from the weather. Macrame is made from 100% cotton cord and will eventually degrade if left outside.
Never use any cleaning products with bleach and never use the washing machine.
Spot clean with a damp cloth using cold water and a mild cleaner Hang to dry.
If it ever gets stains...clean it while it is fresh.
Place your item under cold water and rub the stain gently. Use mild cleaner as needed.
Be sure to dusting your macrame at least once a month by using a duster OR by gently shaking it out.

Macrame is the perfect accessory to spruce up any space! So stylish, but simple! Each of our macrame objects are handmade and may have imperfections, but that doesn’t change how beautiful and stylish they are!



My macrame came looking a bit messy. How do I make it look neat?

First, hang it on your desired spot. Gently organize all strands, next you can use a comb or brush to smooth out the fringe. Do this while it’s hanging on the wall. That way it won’t get messy again while you’re moving it.

    Shipping Policy:

    All products are shipped via USPS. Shipping costs vary depending on
    the weight per order. Standard shipping rates range around  $4-$9 for
    packages 0-2lbs and above  3lbs start out at around $12. Orders are
    shipped within 24-72 hours from when your ordered was placed. When your
    order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which
    will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please
    allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

     

    Expected Delivery:

    Your order is expected to be delivered within 3-5 business days,
    depending on how far the package were to travel. Please keep in mind
    that during these uncertain times, USPS may experience shipping delays.
    Holiday/seasonal delivery times vary. 

     

    Processing time:

    Your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours from when your order
    was placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking
    information to the email address you have provided.

  • Returns

    Returns and Exchanges:

    We gladly accept exchanges, however please read the following.

    You must contact us within: 7 days of delivery
    Ship items back to us within: 21 days of delivery

    We do not accept cancellations after your order is placed.
    But, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

    Conditions of Return:
     If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
